English Teacher, Help Me Please!

Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera….
Yesterday, after I came back from chess MSSKL tournament, Cikgu Naswadi (English teacher) gave me a questioner. The questioner is from trainer teacher who had Praktum at our school last year. The questioner is for English teacher not for me but Cikgu Naswadi just want my opinion.
The questioner is about Teaching Mathematics and Science In English. There are only three questions.
1. In other way, it affects pupils’ English, if teacher tend to use improper language. Give comment.
2. In what way it harms pupils?
3. How to solve this problem? You yourself as an English teacher, English committe, school administration.
So.. Any English teacher can help me?
